A PoC at the corporate division of a major advertising group to structure and activate the organization's accumulated tacit knowledge (case studies and practitioner know-how) through AI for retrieval, thinking-partner use, and proposal drafting. Built on LibreChat and a custom MCP server (Java / Spring AI), we combined Amazon Bedrock / Claude with hybrid search on OpenSearch to surface proposals and meeting notes. Scope includes feasibility evaluation of long-term memory OSS, multi-tenant IaC with Terraform, and navigating cloud-policy approvals within the client's environment.
