Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Hokkaido University, she discovered the joy of teamwork in creating things through her involvement in theatrical activities during her studies. After graduation, she worked as a web application engineer and gained experience developing an entry system for the Good Design Award. She joined Tagbangers in 2011 as a founding member. She later became a director and took on the role of Scrum Master, leading the company's agile initiatives. She is also a certified Jira Professional.
