We build and improve CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring infrastructure. We handle everything from greenfield setups to restructuring existing environments.

A common case: environments built at scale that only a specific person can touch. Documentation exists but doesn't match reality. CI is running but nobody understands what's inside. The problem isn't the technology — it's that things have become invisible. We start by untangling the system and making it understandable to the team.

The goal is a setup where the team can keep improving on their own.
